Finsire's Commitment to Privacy and Security

Does Finsire have access to the customer's information being a TSP? Any concerns on the privacy of AA ecosystem?

As a Third-Party Service Provider (TSP) operating within the Account Aggregator (AA) ecosystem in India, Finsire is granted controlled access to customer information, strictly for the purpose of providing its financial services to Financial Information User (FIU). This access is governed by a regulatory framework designed to uphold customer privacy and data security.

Additionally, the RBI's Master Directions for the AA ecosystem require that all participants adhere to stringent data security protocols. This means that Finsire, like all TSPs, must comply with the highest standards of data protection, maintain data confidentiality, and ensure that customer information is neither misused nor mishandled.
